General Photoshoot Questions
How do I book a session?

Do you work weekends?
Yes, It’s the most popular time for families. Weekend sessions can get booked up quite a bit in advance. Have a date in mind? Get in touch to see if it’s free
Do you travel?
Yes, I love a good road trip. Travel time over an hour from Billingshurst may incur an extra cost to cover expenses.

About Your Portrait Session
What happens before our session?
We’ll have a pre-session planning appointment in person or via Zoom to plan your session to perfection. It’s a great way to get to know you all before the session, and I’ll be able to answer any questions you might have. To find out more and how it all works, check out my portrait experience page packed full of details.
How long do sessions last?
Family sessions typically last 60 minutes. Newborn sessions can last between 2-4 hours as they are baby-led.
What should we bring with us?
Pack your bag like you were heading out for a day trip: snacks, hairbrush, water bottles & baby wipes etc
What if it rains?
If it’s lite showers we can work around the rain. If it’s raining cats & dogs we can reschedule.
What if my child or I become ill?
This does happen! My boys have brought home a few tummy bugs and nasty colds that wiped all of out for 24hrs plus. Don’t worry if this happens, we reschedule for when you’re all feeling better.
After Your Portrait Session
When do we get to see our portraits?
After your session, I’ll work on your portraits and individually hand edit the best portraits from your shoot. Typically I’ll be back in touch within 10 days to book your viewing appointment where you get to see your new family portraits.
What happens at the viewing appointment?
The best bit, I get to show you your new family portraits! I’ll bring product samples with me to give you a great visual idea of styles and sizes. I’m good at holding frames against walls so you can stand back to see if it the right for your home.
What payment methods do you accept?
I have a chip and pin terminal for payments in person and use Square for web-based credit/debit card payments. I’ll also happily accept BACs payments.
Order delivery
How long will my order take?
Typically orders take 10 working days to complete. Don’t worry, I’ll keep you posted as your order progresses and let you know when it’s going to be delivered.
How will my order be delivered?
Small items will be sent via Royal Mail. All orders that include wall portraits or wall frames will be delivered personally by me – Yay
